Being genuinely passionate about the industry, Melanie has worked on portfolios with an array of properties ranging from studios all the way through to luxurious family homes.

Managing properties and people, she loves the variety and challenges involved. Maintaining the BLAKE culture whilst ensuring the systems and procedures in place run smoothly to ensure clients investments are managed for maximum returns. Outside of the office, Melanie loves living on the Northern Beaches and what it has to offer, fitness and time with her young family.
