With extensive experience managing client investment properties, including executive residences, Melinda understands the importance of protecting each owner’s asset while maximising rental returns. She brings a wealth of knowledge across residential tenancy legislation, changing compliance requirements, marketing, administration, property management systems and workflow.

Melinda and her husband Andrew have been Directors of this boutique agency for over 23 years. Together, they understand the value of local relationships, strong communication and genuine community involvement.
